Will the students know which of them are timetabled to attend in class and which will be attending online? There was a worry that too many may turn up to a session and would need to be turned away?
Students are asked to populate their study location flag (on campus or remote) via MyEssex or this has been calculated for them during the first x weeks due to the phased returns. If the event is in dual modes students will only either see the room or the zoom URL on their timetables and not both. We (CTO) are ensuring that the event does not exceed the size of the room.
