This introductory module is designed to enhance the knowledge, performance and critical decision-making of health care practitioners and academic educators, in the facilitation of learning and assessment in health professions’ education. Participants will apply effective teaching, learning and assessment strategies; demonstrate critical awareness of the assumptions and theories embedded within these practices; and rationalise the implications of these for health professions’ education. Participants will engage in critical reflection to articulate their professional development as an educator.
