What happens if a student has permission to study remotely, but there is only an on campus teaching event and no online only option for them to attend?
The student with permission to study remotely cannot be allocated to any on campus events. If there is not an online teaching event that they can be allocated to, then the student will not see the teaching in their online timetable.
You will need to work with your department to either: set up the module timetable to include online teaching or clearly signpost the student to access the teaching event or learning outcomes in a different format for example using Listen Again.
