I delivered a timetabled lecture but Listen Again has not collected the correct recording from Zoom and students cannot see the lecture
This may happen if you have a timetabled Zoom lecture and you start and end the Zoom session before the scheduled time, for example the previous day or several hours before it is due to start. By doing this Zoom starts to record and stores that recording in your account. When you subsequently start the Zoom session at the correct scheduled time and deliver your lecture - it will be recorded but Zoom now has more than one recording against that session. Listen Again will collect the first recording available.
It may be that you want to check that the Zoom session was set up correctly, want to practice or check that colleagues or guest speakers can access the session:
If you need to practice please set up a separate ad-hoc session in your Zoom account and use that to practice.
You can safely start your timetabled Zoom session about 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time - however - at this point keep the session open and do not end it and then re-start otherwise the scenario outlined above will occur.
If you have started your session early for a practice run and Listen Again has imported the wrong recording segment, you can swap the recording to the correct one.
