This is part of a double module designed for students with no knowledge of Spanish who want to reach the equivalent of an A level over the course of one academic year. This module will give you the basic structures to be able to communicate in a reasonably advanced manner both in writing and speaking. The Intensive module also includes a month in Valencia (Spain) in September after completing first year modules at Essex. In Spain students will attend Spanish classes at a language school and will live with a Spanish family.
