This module provides a detailed analysis of the impact of European Union law upon human rights. It examines the agreement on accession of the EU to the European Convention on Human Rights, as well as the scope and content of the EU's own Charter of Fundamental Rights. This includes a detailed study of the human rights aspects of EU rules on asylum, immigration, discrimination and criminal law.
