If a change is required, due to unforeseen circumstances, please be aware that:
Any changes to timetabled teaching events can take up to 72 hours to show in your online timetable and Outlook calendars.
The original event on the timetable, and in Outlook, will be cancelled. But the Zoom link will still be active.
A new Zoom link will be created automatically for you.
The impact of remote working has reduced capacity within the timetabling team. We will always aim to make any requested changes. However, rescheduling large or multiple events for a module may not always be feasible.
