What will my participation involve?
You will be presented with 4 questionnaires, which should take about 20 minutes to complete in total. If you would like to take part, please complete the survey before May 30, 2011.
Do I have to take part?
You may decline to participate as you are under no obligation to take part.
Can I withdraw from the study after I have started to complete the survey?
You can withdraw from the study at any time before clicking the “submit” button at the end of the survey. Without selecting the “submit” button, your responses will be deleted.
Will my responses be kept confidential?
All information gathered is entirely confidential and anonymous as your name and personal details are not required. You will have the opportunity to enter your email address into a prize-draw for a £50 Amazon voucher. Your email address will be stored confidentially, and securely and will not be associated with your responses. It will only be used to notify you if you are the winner of the prize draw.
What if I become distressed whilst completing these questionnaires.
It is not likely that you will become distressed from completing these questionnaires. However, because your responses are anonymous, it is not possible to provide further support following participation should you become distressed.
